Product Description
Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate anhydrous is a white powder or granular solid, it can flow freely, free from foreign material.No foreigh flavour.No foreigh Odour.
Soluble in water giving acidic.Solubility (g/100g H2O at 25oC):13g.
Which complies with the specifications of DIRECTIVE2008/84HG2928-1999, FCC and EC Directive for food additives.
Used as buffering agent, leavening agent, sequestrant agent.It can be used in canned food,ham,meat,baking powder and so on.
